Privacy policy

This website collects the bare minimum: the information you choose to enter when you send a contact request. Nothing else.

Data collected

• Contact form: name, company, email address, website, chosen priority and message.
• Emails received: the information contained in messages sent to [email protected].
• Technical logs: the hosting provider processes the IP address and the connection headers needed for the security and delivery of the website.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your request and preparing the audit or quote you asked for: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Protecting the website against abuse and automated submissions: legitimate interest of the publisher (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

Data from a request that goes no further is kept for no more than three years after your last contact with us, then deleted. If a business relationship begins, the data is kept for its duration, then for the legal periods applicable to accounting records.

Recipients

The data is intended solely for the publisher. It passes through the technical providers that are strictly necessary: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, form processing, email routing), which may process data outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. No data is sold or passed on.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool, no advertising pixel and no external font service. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to object to it and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.

You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France, the competent authority for the publisher) at cnil.fr, or with the CNPD if you live in Luxembourg, at cnpd.public.lu.
