SEO and local SEO in Luxembourg
Ranking first for a search nobody types is of no use. We start from the words your customers actually use, in their language, then work on the website, the Google profile and your reputation to move up on those searches.

The order we work in.
There is no point chasing links to pages Google does not index, or writing for a search nobody makes. The order follows that logic.
- 01
Technical
Crawling and indexing, based on Search Console reports. Speed measured on real visitor data when it exists. hreflang tags and URLs for each language. Structured data suited to your business.
- 02
Keywords and site structure
Searches are sorted by language and by intent: finding information, comparing, buying, finding someone urgently. Each selected search has its target page, connected to the others by internal links that make sense for the reader.
- 03
Content
We rewrite what exists first. New pages draw on what you know about your trade: your prices, lead times, common cases, the questions your customers ask on the phone.
- 04
Reputation
Analysis of your links and those of your direct competitors. Links earned from media, trade federations, partners and relevant professional directories. Mentions of your brand without a link, identified and then converted.

The Google map comes down to three factors. You control two of them.
Google says so in its help centre: “Local results are mainly based on relevance, distance, and popularity.” The distance between your business and the person searching cannot be worked on. Relevance and popularity can.
- RelevanceA precise primary category, listed services, the area you serve, and pages on your website that describe the same things as the profile.
- PopularityRecent reviews from real customers, with a reply to each one. Mentions in the press and in your sector's directories. Identical contact details everywhere.
- Local pagesOne page per municipality only if you have an address there or genuinely work there. Copy-and-paste pages for each town end up being ignored.

What clients ask us about SEO.
What does an SEO agency actually do?
It identifies the searches your future customers type, checks that Google can crawl and index your site, improves or creates the pages that should rank for those searches, works on your Google Business Profile and on the site's authority, then measures the effect. The work is mostly technical and editorial, not advertising.
Does local SEO apply to my business?
Yes, if your customers come from a specific area: a practice, a shop, a tradesperson, a restaurant, a provider who works at customers' premises. For these searches, Google shows a map with three businesses before the standard results. Your Business Profile and consistent contact details carry a lot of weight there.
Do I need a version of my website in every language?
Not necessarily. You need a version in each language your customers search in and in which you can serve them. A poorly translated German version does more harm than no version at all. The audit shows, search by search, whether an additional language is worth the investment.
Do I have to pay Google to rank well?
No. Organic results cannot be bought. Google Ads is a separate advertising service, shown in placements labelled as sponsored. The two can complement each other, but one does not influence the other.
How long does it take to see results?
Fixing a blocking technical issue can have an effect from the next crawl. Climbing on competitive searches takes several months. We set intermediate indicators (indexed pages, impressions, average positions) so you can track progress without waiting for the final result.
Can you work on WordPress, Wix, Shopify or a custom-built site?
Yes. The principles are the same; only the room for manoeuvre changes. Some platforms restrict access to certain technical settings: the audit says so and shows what remains possible.
